- Fundamentals is a curriculum designed to safely and easily introduce an athlete to Crossfit.
- Consisting of 3 one hour classes, you will learn the 9 foundational movements of CF.
- Air Squat, Front Squat, OHS Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo-Deadlift High Pull, Medicine Ball Clean.
- You will also learn variations of the foundational movements to include the Back Squat, Clean and Snatch.
- Class will primarily be mostly lecture, mimicing a class normal class layout; warmup, strength/skill, Conditioning Piece.
- Upon completion, the athlete will be allowed to safely join any and all of our crossfit classes
